Sep 27, 2012 · The stupidly placed EGR valve has two torq bolts, two 8mm bolts and the pesky no5 allen bolt underneath holding it in place. I bought a £1 vanity mirror to help locate the allen bolt and the on refitting swapped the allen bolt for a 10mm with the same thread, much easier to undo in the future.
